More About Matt
Matthew Jarrett has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry. Beginning his career as a teller in high school and has since excelled in various roles, including personal banker, branch manager, credit analyst, and senior-level commercial banker. In June of 2022, Matthew joined Choice Bank as the President of the Arizona Market LPO and has been instrumental in growing the Arizona market for the bank. Matthew was recently recognized as Banking Leader of the Year for 2024 by AZ Big Media. Matthew’s extensive background has made him an expert in prudent lending techniques, sound banking practices, and financial principles. Known for his effective communication skills, Matthew has earned a reputation as a trusted advisor among his customers and colleagues. His peers often describe him as motivated engaged and dependable. Matthew graduated from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University with degrees in accounting and finance. Before completing his studies, he dedicated two years to a service mission for his church in Philadelphia, PA.
An active community member, Matthew serves on several boards, including the PHX East Valley Partnership. He also volunteers his time mentoring his church youth group and supporting Feed My Starving Children, a non-profit dedicated to combating hunger.
Matthew has been married to his wife, Jennifer, for 20 years and they are proud parents of four children. Together, they enjoy road trips, home renovation projects, sporting events, and supporting their children’s passions, including baseball, softball, dance, and music. Above all, they value spending quality time with family.
