COVID-19 Response

Helping our customers succeed is our primary commitment. With many small businesses placed in uncertain situations because of COVID-19, this was no different. Through the SBA Payment Protection Program (PPP) and other special loan programs, we were able to help secure financing for more than 3,000 businesses, protecting more than 53,000 jobs in our communities.

Hospice

Hawaiian for Hospice was founded in Fargo, ND, in 2012 by Choice Bank in partnership with a local hospice care organization. This event has become a growing and key event for Choice Bank and the communities we live in. Over the last six years, we have raised over $750,000 and expanded our event into Bismarck, Dickinson, and Grand Forks to support Hospice’s mission.

Chief Information Security Officer

The SVP, Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) will lead Choice Bank’s information security team tasked with protecting the digital assets and data of a growing traditional bank with substantial banking as a service (BaaS) exposure. Compensation Analyst

The Compensation Analyst researches, implements, and administers Choice’s pay structure in all areas of the organization. This individual will proactively research industry salaries throughout the various markets and ensure compensation is being implemented in line with the stated compensation philosophy.  This role will manage the Choice Equity Plan, which includes system administration, tax event, retirements, and new participants.  This role will also be responsible for creating and administrating compensation procedures with appropriate documentation and alignment to Choice overall strategy along with managing some day to day compensation functions.

Compliance Risk Manager

This position can be in office, hybrid, or fully remote out of most states.

 

The Compliance Risk Manager is a skilled expert, reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer.  This role supports the Compliance Risk Assessment, the Annual Compliance Plan Program and will interact with Fintech Oversight team, the core bank compliance team as well as the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team.  These program teams within the ERM team support all compliance teams across the enterprise and are accountable for design, governance, execution, oversight and reporting.  The Compliance Risk Manager provides second line independent oversight and guidance regarding business products, services and processes through a compliance framework to ensure they are executed in accordance with regulatory requirements.  The Compliance Risk Manager partners with the business lines and key stakeholders continuously driving a state of strong compliance culture.
