Updates to Consumer Online Banking and Mobile App
On Tuesday, February 4, we pushed out updates to our Online Banking and Mobile App. Depending on how you access your bank accounts, action may be required on your part.
You’ll experience several improvements to the banking experience, including:
- Ability to reset your password within the mobile app
- Ability to recover username on the app and browser
- Enhancements to Card Controls
- More accurate balances
- Ability to set up an external account to transfer funds
POSSIBLE ACTIONS REQUIRED:
ONLINE BANKING USERS:
- If you have the Choice Bank Online Banking login page bookmarked on your web browser, you will need to update your bookmark with the new URL.
- You can still access Online Banking using the Green Login button at bankwithchoice.com.
MOBILE APP USERS:
- If you do not have your mobile app set to auto-update, you will need to manually update the Choice Bank App on or after 2/4/25.
- You will need to type in your username and password the first time you log in following the update.
- If you use Debit Card Controls, your card(s) will display in the upgraded app, but you will need to reset the controls. Here are instructions on how to do this:
- Select the Card Icon to be brought to the Card Details page.
- From here, select Controls to set up Trans Controls, Location Controls, and Merchant Controls.
- Select Manage to archive a card.
- Select Freeze to freeze or unfreeze a card.
