Online Banking, Mobile Banking, and Debit Cards Unavailable Friday, October 4 – Sunday, October 6

There will be a maintenance window beginning at 6:00 PM on Friday, October 4, through Sunday, October 6, when several banking services will be unavailable.

During this period, the following banking services will be down.

 

Location Closures

All Choice Bank locations will be closed on Saturday, October 5.

 

Online Banking

Online Banking will be completely down. You will not be able to log in to your account during the maintenance period.

 

Mobile App

The Choice Bank Mobile app and Mobile Deposits will be completely down. You will not be able to log in to these services.

 

Debit Cards

Debit cards will still be available to use, however, your balance will not be updated with any transactions made during the maintenance window. Maximum withdrawal and transaction limits will still apply.

We recommend that you have an alternative form of payment available during the maintenance window, such as a credit card or cash, should your debit card have any issues.

If you use your Choice Bank debit card for any peer-to-peer payment platforms, such as Venmo, it could impact your ability to use these during this maintenance window. Adding a secondary card to your account is recommended.

 

Automated Payments

If you have any automated payments scheduled during this time frame it is important that you remain aware of the available funds in your accounts. Your balance will not be updated with any transactions made during the maintenance window. All transactions will appear and resume normal real-time functionality at the end of the downtime.

 

Business Customers with Manual ACH

ACH customers who upload files manually to their accounting software will need to update the Immediate Origin number in their file header to 222222223 by October 1, to be able to make deposits. We recommend you reach out to your accounting software provider if you need any assistance making this update. This requirement does not apply to template users.
