More About Cristen
I bring over 20 years of banking experience, having held diverse roles including Credit Analyst, Portfolio Manager, Lender, Location President, and currently serve as Market President of SBA & Community Impact Lending. In this role, I focus on leading and growing our SBA team while continuing to build strong relationships within the nonprofit and community impact sectors.
I’m passionate about partnering with business clients to develop meaningful, long-term relationships and deliver creative financial solutions. Whether it’s facilitating strategic planning sessions or strengthening connections through referrals, I embrace the unique opportunities that community banking presents each day.
My areas of expertise include SBA lending, business lines of credit, real estate financing, acquisitions, equipment loans, and nonprofit banking. Choice Bank is a full-service, relationship-driven community bank guided by a #PeopleFirst philosophy. I was honored as one of the Top Women in Finance in 2019 and currently serve on the Board of Directors and Finance Committee for The Link.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, cheering on my son in high school football, and watching my daughter perform in musicals.
