Identifying & Overcoming Imposter Syndrome

If you have ever felt “just lucky” to have reached where you are or feel you are not as qualified as others think you are, you could be experiencing Imposter Syndrome. Fast-paced work environments and constant change create fertile ground for imposter thoughts to fester. Imposter Syndrome may manifest as restlessness or nervousness and may also be accompanied by symptoms of anxiety and depression. 70-80% of people experience imposter syndrome at some time in their careers.
