When Care Goes Further: Supporting VraniCARE Through Wishing Well

When people come together around a shared purpose, care can reach even further. Through Choice Bank’s Wishing Well, VraniCARE received a donation to support its work helping women prepare for and recover from breast cancer surgery. Inspired by the impact of that work, a local Choice Bank branch matched the Wishing Well funds, doubling the support for VraniCARE and the women it serves.

But supporting our communities is about more than financial resources. During its annual retreat, Choice Bank’s Cash Management team had the opportunity to work alongside VraniCARE, assembling care packages for women navigating their cancer journeys. It was a meaningful way for our team to give their time and lend a hand to an organization making a difference for people during a challenging time.

“This experience and donation truly brought #PeopleFirst to life. We had the opportunity to support vraniCURE and its mission while also rolling up our sleeves and being part of the work ourselves. That combination of giving back and actively participating is what made this experience so meaningful.
