As we close out 2024, we want to make you aware of our upcoming holiday hours and transaction cutoff times.
Business Banking Customers

Location Hours
All offices will close at 1:00 PM CST.
Transaction Cutoff Times
12:00 PM CT
ACH Origination
ACH transfer cutoff is 12:00 PM CST on Tuesday, December 24, and will not process on December 25. ACH transactions submitted after 12:00 PM CST on Tuesday, December 24, will have an effective date of Friday, December 27.
- For a Thursday, December 26, effective date, submit your ACH transactions by Tuesday, December 24, at 12:00 PM CST
- For a Friday, December 27, effective date, submit your ACH transactions by Thursday, December 26, at 4:00 PM CST
Bill Pay
Transaction cutoff time is 12:00 PM CST on Tuesday, December 24, and will not process on December 25.
Lockbox Deposits
Deposits will process before 12:00 PM CST on Tuesday, December 24. Deposits made after 12:00 PM CT will process on Thursday, December 26.
Mobile Deposit
Deposits made after 12:00 PM CST on Tuesday, December 24 through December 25 will process Thursday, December 26.
Positive Pay Decisions
Positive Pay exceptions will need to be decisioned by their normal time of 2:00 PM CST on December 24.
Remote Deposit
Deposits made after 12:00 PM CST on Tuesday, December 24, through December 25 will process Thursday, December 26.
Wires (Incoming & Outgoing)
Outgoing wire cutoff is 12:00 PM CST on Tuesday, December 24. Outgoing wires submitted after 12:00 PM CST on December 24 will be reviewed and processed on Thursday, December 26.
Incoming wires will be processed until 1:00 PM CST on Tuesday, December 24. Incoming wires received after 1:00 PM CST on December 24 will be reviewed and credited on Thursday, December 26.
Wires (incoming & outgoing) will not process on December 25.
