People First, Community Strong: Choice Bank Recognized by United Way

At Choice Bank, we believe strong communities start with showing up for people, our neighbors, our customers, and the organizations doing the day-to-day work that helps our communities thrive. That’s why it meant so much to join the United Way of Cass Clay’s Community Celebration & Annual Meeting, where businesses and individuals were recognized for making a positive difference.

Celebrating what we can do together

We were grateful to be recognized as the #24 Most Generous Workplace and the #4 Most Engaged Workplace. Those rankings reflect something we care deeply about: when you put people first, engagement and generosity follow.
In 2026, we have committed to continuing our support of the United Way’s United To End Homelessness initiative with a $25,000 commitment. For us, this commitment represents is about more than a number. It’s about helping create stability for individuals and families, and backing real, local solutions that ultimately drive generational change.

Spotlight: Natalie Ganske named United Way Campaign Co-Chair

We’re especially excited to share that our own Natalie Ganske was announced as a Co-Chair of this year’s United Way Campaign. In this role, she’ll help drive fundraising and community engagement across our region. By bringing businesses, nonprofits, and community members together around a shared goal, she will continue being a part of making life better for the people who call this place home.

“I am incredibly honored to serve as this year’s United Way Campaign Co-Chair. It’s a role I get to share with a close friend who I ultimately met 15+ years ago because of the United Way. I’m looking forward to meeting with businesses to enhance their corporate campaigns, connect with individuals to help educate them on the mission of the United Way, and ultimately help inspire a community to give back.” — Natalie Ganske, SENIOR CONSULTANT, RISK & COMPLIANCE PROGRAM GOVERNANCE

We’re grateful for her leadership and proud to support her as she helps lead this year’s campaign!

Why It Matters

Being recognized as an engaged and generous workplace is an honor, but the real impact is what happens next: more volunteers, more resources, and more support for programs that strengthen housing stability, education, and financial well-being. That’s the kind of community momentum we’re proud to be part of.

“This partnership is a powerful extension of our commitment to end homelessness. By investing in United Way’s United to End Homelessness initiative, we’re helping turn compassion into real support and long-term stability that will help continue to improve our great community.” — Eddie Sheeley, Fargo Market President

If you’re looking for a way to make a difference, we encourage you to learn more about the United Way, get involved, and support the causes that matter to you. When we put people first, we can create lasting changes.
