Chris Siverson

Wealth Manager

After graduating with a Business degree from Concordia College in 2003 and then receiving a Master of Business Administration in 2006, I began a career in Wealth Management. I could not have asked for a more rewarding career. Each day, I have the opportunity to help people make sound financial decisions. I hold my Series 7 and 66 registrations with LPL Financial, as well as my Life Insurance license. I have a wonderful wife, Heather, who I have been married to since 2012. We were blessed with our son Grayson, who was born in 2016.  Our 2 dogs Lexi and Lena round out the family and help keep things exciting. As a family, we love to travel and spend time with loved ones.

Chris Birmingham

Wealth Manager

After graduating with a Finance degree from Moorhead State University in 1987, I began my career in Wealth Management with Piper Jaffrey. I have over 30 years of experience and still enjoy helping clients to make sound financial decisions. I hold my Series 7, 63, and 65 registrations with LPL Financial, as well as my Life and Health Insurance licenses. My wife Linda and I have been married since 1987. We have 2 grown children, Paige (1991) and Grant (1993) and 1 grandson Rohan (2018). When we are not working or spending time with family, you can find us at the lake (Big Cormorant) enjoying both the winter and summer.

Breanna Gardner,  MS

Associate Wealth Manager

I began my academic career at Bismarck State College in 2014 before transferring to North Dakota State University in 2016, where I met my husband, Alex. I began my financial career at Choice Bank in 2018 and became a part of the Siverson-Birmingham Wealth team in 2020. I graduated from NDSU with my Master’s in Finance as well in 2020. I obtained my series 7 and 66 licenses in 2021 and have obtained my life insurance license in 2023. My husband, Alex, and I married in 2022, and have a busy home life with four dogs. We like to be active, either biking, golfing, or water sports at the lake in the summer and skiing in the winter. When time allows, we love to travel and experience new places & cultures.

Jennifer Leher

Client Services Associate

I started with Choice Wealth in 2021. Since 2001 I have been working in the healthcare industry, where I worked for both Essentia and Sanford health. I grew up in Fargo, ND and graduated from NDSCS in 2001. My husband, Raul, and I live in West Fargo and have 2 children, Brooklyn (2007) and Connor (2010). We enjoy spending time at the lake with family and friends and traveling.

Our team has designed a process we feel gives us the best opportunity to succeed in meeting our client’s goals and expectations.

Step 1

Discovery – The first meeting is our most important one, because this conversation is all about you. It is the foundation that we build upon while working together to pursue your goals.

The focus of the meeting is not only to gather your financial data but also to learn about you as a person. What are your values? Who is important to you? What do you enjoy doing outside of work? What are your expectations for us? How often would you like to meet?

The information we learn in this meeting helps us custom tailor advice and service specifically to align with your goals. This meeting is very important in our 5 Step Process and is the foundation of success to our relationship.

Step 2

Educate – Our team takes pride in educating our clients. Our goal is to have each client make educated decisions regarding their financial future. We don’t want to make decisions for you, we want to help you understand the importance of the choices you make.

Step 3

Guide – We understand your financial future is important, and there is no “One Size Fits All” strategy. Instead, we bring in different strategies that we believe will best meet your needs. We take the information we learned about you in our discovery meeting and develop customized strategies for you. We are confident that the education we provide based on these strategies will be a helpful guide as you choose the best option for you.

Step 4

Implement – Once we choose a strategy, our team will now begin implementing your plan. Our goal in this step is to ensure we communicate with you every step of the way. We want you to feel comfortable through the process and we will be there to answer any questions along the way.

Step 5

Monitor and Adjust – Once everything is in place, we want to set up a schedule to meet on a regular basis. This is important because we want to ensure you are on track to meet your goals. This also gives us the opportunity to see if anything has changed in your life or to educate you on things that have changed in the market. This gives us the chance to suggest adjustments to your strategy and ensure you understand and agree with the changes.

Areas of Focus

Financial Planning

How will you put the kids through college? What’s your vision for retirement? Any major purchases planned? I’ll listen to your needs and establish a plan that is right for you.

Retirement Planning

Many retirees are understandably concerned about their income. Together, we’ll develop a plan that’s sustainable and personalized for your specific needs.

Estate Planning

Thoughtful and intentional estate planning brings comfort to you and your loved ones. I approach the process with knowledge, sensitivity, and care.

Portfolio Reviews

As markets fluctuate and your needs evolve, I will be there to make adjustments to your portfolio. By keeping you and your goals in mind, I will assure your money is always working for you.

Risk Management

Feel confident in your strategy and receive insight into alternative approaches of which you may not otherwise have been aware.

Let’s Get Started

No financial situation is the same, which is where my experience creating custom-tailored financial plans and asking important questions adds value to your financial future. We look forward to helping find your best future.
