Ashley has over 17 years of experience in the financial industry, 12 of which have been focused specifically on insurance. Committed to cultivating strong relationships, she provides consistent, quality support for her commercial clients’ daily needs. She also provides leadership and strategic direction for the agency’s support staff and is closely involved in compliance, training, development & integration with the sales team.
Ashley holds both a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation. She is a graduate of the University of Jamestown and resides in Bismarck, ND with her husband and two small children.
Lesley Benz

Lesley has been in the insurance industry for more than 25 years. She started her insurance career working with Life and Health products, then moved on to Personal Lines, and for the last 22 years has concentrated on Commercial Lines.
She likes to focus on the details and strives to do things right the first time. Lesley holds Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designations.
A Montana native, she is a graduate of Dickinson State University. She and her husband reside in Bismarck and are the proud parents of two adult daughters.
