The Business & Ag Banker is responsible for building customer relationships and advocacy through proactive business development, management, and analysis of a loan and deposit portfolio. This role focuses on generating new loan and deposit volume, including the solicitation and profiling of prospective clients and maintaining accurate sales/pipeline data. The Business & Ag Banker has a baseline knowledge of credit underwriting and collaborates with the credit team to present and analyze client data.

The position is responsible for the timeliness of daily operating processes, check back controls, file maintenance, exception processing, business online banking enrollment, set up and maintenance, quality control, customer requests, account research, stop payments, ACH and wire handling including limit management and more. The role includes development and engagement of Choice Bank’s business online banking products and services, sales support, relationship management and technical support.
