Insurance is truly a passion of mine, engaging with business owners and learning about their story and their trade is rewarding. My favorite part of the job is connecting with the great people of our community. For me, industry knowledge and responsiveness to my customers is crucial, I take great pride in being available with insight and service when my customers need me. Joining this amazing team at Choice Insurance positions me to further add value to my customers. I love insurance but I love my family MUCH more, my beautiful wife Jayma has blessed me with three busy boys: Caleb, Dalton, and Briggs. The boys are our whole world and we are constantly on the move from one activity to the next. We are beyond excited to watch them continue to grow and be a part of the community. Bismarck/Mandan is such a wonderful place to live, even though I might be class B at heart, this is the place to be.

Lesley has been in the insurance industry for more than 25 years. She started her insurance career working with Life and Health products, then moved on to Personal Lines, and for the last 22 years has concentrated on Commercial Lines.
She likes to focus on the details and strives to do things right the first time. Lesley holds Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designations.
A Montana native, she is a graduate of Dickinson State University. She and her husband reside in Bismarck and are the proud parents of two adult daughters.
Nicci Shetler

Nicci has over 10 years of experience in the financial industry. She is currently pursuing her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation. Nicci is a graduate of Minot State University and resides in Bismarck, ND with her husband and son.
Ashley Farthing
AVP, Manager of Agency Operations
Ashley has over 17 years of experience in the financial industry, 12 of which have been focused specifically on insurance. Committed to cultivating strong relationships, she provides consistent, quality support for her commercial clients’ daily needs. She also provides leadership and strategic direction for the agency’s support staff and is closely involved in compliance, training, development & integration with the sales team.
Ashley holds both a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation. She is a graduate of the University of Jamestown and resides in Bismarck, ND with her husband and two small children.
