Volunteerism
Choice Bank supports the organizations and causes our team members are passionate about. In 2023, our employees gave 7,098 hours of volunteer service. COVID-19 Response
Helping our customers succeed is our primary commitment. With many small businesses placed in uncertain situations because of COVID-19, this was no different. Through the SBA Payment Protection Program (PPP) and other special loan programs, we were able to help secure financing for more than 3,000 businesses, protecting more than 53,000 jobs in our communities.

Hospice
Hawaiian for Hospice was founded in Fargo, ND, in 2012 by Choice Bank in partnership with a local hospice care organization. This event has become a growing and key event for Choice Bank and the communities we live in. We have raised over $1,300,000 and expanded our event into Bismarck, Dickinson, and Grand Forks to support Hospice’s mission.

Insights Internship
This position may be located out of any Choice Bank location.
The Choice Bank Summer 2025 Insights Internship is a dynamic 10-to-12-week experience driven program that allows students to experience various departments within banking, financial services, and operations. Card Payments Operations Specialist
This position can be worked out of any Choice Bank location.
The Card Payment Operations Specialist will be responsible for ensuring compliance with our Visa and Mastercard debit and prepaid card programs within Choice Bank and through our Fintech Programs where we offer Banking as a Service relationships.

Chief Internal Audit Officer

The Senior Credit Analyst is responsible for taking a lead role in underwriting the intermediate size commercial banking customers. He/she will provide independent and sound opinions on appropriate structures, terms, covenants, and risk ratings of a credit. The individual will take full responsibility for all written and verbal underwriting performed, including articulating their opinion of credits to Credit Committees.
