Attention all Personal Online Banking users: have you gotten a chance to see some improved updates to our Personal Online Banking platform? Over the weekend, we implemented the following enhancements:
Responsive Login Pages
The login screens have been updated, including screens where you enter your password and one-time security log. Both login screens have been updated to a new responsive design to create a consistent experience for you when logging in through a PC, tablet, or mobile device.
Recurring Transaction Improvements
We’ve made some changes to inform you when a recurring transaction fails, causing your remaining transactions to stop processing.
- If you have a transfer that fails, you can receive an alert that will notify you when there is an issue with the transaction
- An alert icon will also display on the page to show there is an issue and what the reason is
- Turn on the alert by choosing “Self Service” and then “Alerts” from the Personal Online Banking menu. Choose the account you would like to receive the alert for and you will find “Recurring Transfer Stopped” from the Account Transfer Alerts option.
