To our valued customers Choice Bank customers –

Two months ago, we first shared with you our plans to make modifications to our in-location services as we focused on doing our part to help slow the spread of COVID-19. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding as we made these adjustments. As state restrictions continue to ease, we are now ready to begin reversing some of our modifications as well.

Alternative Banking Options for Your Convenience and Safety

We continue to encourage customers to make use of alternative banking methods such as mobile and remote deposits, ATMs, and our drive-thru and night depositories. We will continue to collect deposits frequently during normal business hours from our night depositories to ensure transactions are handled in a timely matter. For assistance with access to mobile banking, you may contact our help teams.

Choice Bank Lobbies to Reopen May 26

On Tuesday, May 26, many of our Choice Bank locations will reopen their lobbies to customer traffic. We have taken many steps to ensure we are providing a safe environment for our employees and customers. We will start with reduced hours in our lobbies to reduce exposure levels between employees and customers and to allow for extra cleaning. You

You may notice additional changes next time you stop in, including safety dividers at desks and the removal of some furniture. We will also have masks and hand sanitizer available to those that wish to make use of it. We ask all visitors and our employees to practice social distancing, wash hands often, limit unnecessary contact, and avoid entering if you have a cough or fever. These measures are being taken to ensure the ongoing safety of our employees and our customers.

Additional Resources for Businesses

As many of our communities have begun easing restrictions, we know many of our business customers are also preparing to, or have already, reopen their doors. We are so happy to see many of our customers and local businesses serving our communities once again and want to provide some extra support.

We have social distancing floor stickers and window chalk markers available for pick up at all of our locations for businesses to make use of, while supplies last. In the coming weeks we will continue to share additional resources on our website and through email.
