Go Hawaiian for Hospice Luau & Radiothon

Choice Bank invites the community to our fifth annual Go Hawaiian for Hospice in a new radiothon edition! While recent events have limited our plans for our regular celebrations, we’ve teamed up with Laughing Sun Brewery to provide a luau style lunch available for pick-up or delivery. So, be sure to place your order and join us on air! All dollars go to patient care at Sanford Home Care & Hospice.

Our Story

Originally, Hawaiian for Hospice was founded in Fargo, ND in 2012 by Choice Bank in partnership with a local hospice care organization. This event has become a growing and key event for Choice Bank and the communities we live in. Over the last six years, we have raised over $750,000 while expanding our event into Bismarck, Dickinson, and Grand Forks allowing Choice Bank to support its #PeopleFirst mission.

Hospice Impact

“Without hospice we couldn’t have taken care of my husband at home, which was very important to our family.”
Edith Bibb – Wife of Hospice Patient, Robert Bibb

“Everyone at Sanford Hospice was just very caring, professional, knowledgeable — letting us know the process to keep mom as comfortable as we could.”
Steve Armstrong – Son of Hospice Patient, Myrtle Armstrong

“The Woodmansee family would like to thank Hospice so very much for gently helping us say goodbye to our dear Mom, Winnie, age 99 1/2.”
Joersz – Daughter of Hospice Patient, Winne Woodmansee
