By now you have likely received messages from many companies and trusted brands that you work with and rely on regarding the drastically evolving news around COVID-19. As a valued partner, we want you to know that your well-being, as well as that of our employees and communities, is of utmost concern to us.

We want to share with you the steps we are now taking as we continue to learn more about the current state of COVID-19 in our communities.

Currently, our offices across Minnesota and North Dakota remain open for business as usual. With the many forms of technology available to us today however, our banker may request to schedule meetings via video or phone, when appropriate, to help reduce in-person interactions when not necessary.

As we continue to monitor any new developments, in the event our location hours or availability change, we will make every effort to notify you via email.

We encourage you to continue to make use of electronic banking methods available to you. You can access your accounts online through Choice Online Banking or by using the Choice Mobile apps. From here, you can make payments, transfer funds, deposit checks, view transactions, check balances, as well as locate the more than 25,000 MoneyPass® ATM locations. If you haven’t enrolled in online access, please refer to the contact information below to get started.

For our business clients, we encourage you to also make use of other electronic cash management tools you have in place such as Remote Deposit.  And, our night deposit box is an effective tool to deliver your banking after hours.
