Scheduled Downtime Impacting Online Banking, Mobile Banking, and Debit Cards
UPDATE, 6:30 AM, October 7: Our technology maintenance window has concluded, and all banking services are now accessible. If you experience issues, please contact the Choice Customer Support Team or your local Choice Bank.
Beginning at 6:00 PM CT on Friday, October 4, we will conduct technology updates that will cause Online Banking and Mobile Banking to be unavailable. Debit cards will be subject to maximum transaction and withdrawal limits. Several Choice Bank locations will also be closed on Saturday, October 6. We recommend you consider conducting any large transactions ahead of this maintenance period. Please see the full details below.
Saturday Location Closure
The following Choice Bank locations will be closed on Saturday, October 5: Bismarck, Dickinson, Fargo, Grafton, Grand Forks, Langdon, and Walhalla.
If you deliver anything to the night depository over this weekend, please note that there may be a delay in updating your balance.
Online Banking
Online Banking will be completely down. You will not be able to log in to your account during the maintenance period.
Mobile App
The Choice Bank Mobile app and Mobile Deposits will be completely down. You will not be able to log in to your mobile app or use services during the maintenance period.
Debit Cards
Debit cards will still be available to use, however, your balance will not be updated with any transactions made during the maintenance window. Maximum withdrawal and transaction limits will still apply.
Ensure your debit card is enabled through the Choice Bank Mobile app if you plan to use it over the weekend.
We recommend that you have an alternative form of payment available during the maintenance window, such as a credit card or cash, should your debit card have any issues.
Your debit limit may not be what it normally is during this period. If you have concerns please reach out to your banker.
Peer-to-Peer Payments
Your ability to use your Choice Bank debit card for any peer-to-peer payment platforms, such as Venmo, will be impacted beginning at 3PM on Thursday, October 3. Adding a secondary card to your account is recommended.
Automated Payments
If you have any automated payments scheduled during this time frame it is important that you remain aware of the available funds in your accounts. Your balance will not be updated with any transactions made during the maintenance window. All transactions will appear and resume normal real-time functionality at the end of the downtime.
