Bobbie Elder, a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Choice Bank, brings a rich background and over two decades of dedicated service to the organization. With a degree in Hospitality Management from Normandale College, Bobbie embarked on a banking career in 1996, starting as a teller and progressing to a senior leadership role in deposit operations. In 2022, driven by a passion for people and their professional journeys, Bobbie made a career shift into the HR sector. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, Bobbie is fervently committed to identifying culturally aligned team members.
Curtis Moore
Talent Acquisition & DEI Business Partner at Choice Bank
As the Diversity Sourcing Business Partner, Curtis plays a pivotal role in shaping Choice Bank’s workforce. Day-to-day, he focuses on educating how diversity plays a role in who we are as an organization. Curtis earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, MN. He began his career in banking in 2014, holding various roles in the deposit side of the bank, before transitioning to human resources in 2020. Curtis is passionate about helping people navigate career changes, promoting education about diversity, and being an ambassador at Choice in the diversity, equity, and inclusion space.
